Jo Phillips

Jo Phillips was hired by Rural Red Deer Restorative Justice in 2024 to guide their program from the grass-roots start-up phase into growth and long term stability. With a strong, award winning business background, as well as direct work with kids in schools, her desire to make sure no kid is left behind has been a transformative factor for the RRDRJ program.
